PHN (Physician Health Network)  was formed as an IPA (Independent Physician association) 30 years ago. The shareholder of PHN are  licensed physicians in California practicing in Inland Empire. 

PHN is structured equally by PCP(primary Care Physician) and specialist with PCP upper hand. 

No one in PHN can have more than 7% share and the Board of Directors are voted for 3 years term. 

Better care to patients is our main mission. PHN is run by physicians for better care of patients This is why the term and ownership is limited and the Net (if any) is returned back to physician rather to another corporate owner or entity.

PHN is providing care to 54,000 lives through PCP, Specialists, Ancillary Services and Hospitals.

 Utilization Management (UM) decision making is based only on appropriateness
of care, service and existence of coverage.
 Physicians Health Network does not specifically reward practitioners or
other individuals for issuing denials of coverage or service care.
 Physicians Health Network does not offer financial incentives to UM
decision makers that encourage decisions that result in underutilization.
 Our practitioners are ensured independence and impartiality in making referral
decisions that will not influence: influence hiring, compensation or financial gain,
termination, promotion any other similar matters.
